Physical Description of Persona:
D'wrayt is on the taller side at 6'5" and weighs about 277 although you'd never know by looking at him. He's got sandy brown hair that makes it look like the man just got up off the sand. His blue eyes and brown hair was considered unusual since both of his parents are brown eyed with blondish hair. His deeply tanned skin is normally a lighter olive complexion that has gradually darken through the years.

Emotional Description of Persona:
He is very fun loving and enjoys his place as a dragonrider. He was never much into having children, though his three girls are very much adored now. He hopes to someday have a son to carry on his legacy. He sees the return of Thread as a way to bring the dragonriders back into the glory that they had once had and be respected.

History of Persona:
D'wrayt was born to a brownrider, R'ytari, and a greenrider, Dawyni. They had seven older children, and he was their third son. His older brothers are all riders as well as three of his sisters. He grew up surrounded by dragons, but never really thought about Impressing one. They realized that he could hear the dragons when he was three turns of age so the young boy apprenticed to the dragonhealing craft to put his unusual talent to use. He wanted to apprentice because he was so determined to be likable to the dragons after not Impressing at his first hatching as a candidate at age thirteen.

By the time he was twenty-one, D'wrayt had given up on Impressing a dragon and had made it to junior journeyman. He still worked diligently in his craft and was watching a hatching from the back of the sands so he could be close to the exit in case one of the injured dragons needed him. He heard someone calling for him and started to leave to go see which dragon when he was pounced on by a bronze dragonet.

He never expected to be given the task of training the young weyrlings though. He has spent the last nine turns helping newly hatched dragons and their riders become a working team. He enjoys every bit of the training and now that thread has returned, his work is even more important than before.

Just when he thought that being Weyrlingmaster was fulfilling enough, D'wrayt found himself in the position of Weyrleader. He saw the Weyr through multiple disasters and several Weyrwomen. He has recently found himself having to adjust to life as a wingrider when Treadoryth failed to win the Senior Queen's flight.

Description of Dragon:
Treadoryth is a rather laid back dragon who doesn't mind answering questions from the weyrlings and enjoys letting the children of the Weyr climb all over him. The bronze misses not being able to fly Threadfall with the regular wings, but he understands that his role is just as important. He isn't jealous of his rider's ability to speak with other dragons, but rather sees it as a reason not to have to relay information to other dragons for his rider.
