Physical Description of Persona:
Fitchan is tall, about 6'2" and wiry. He's built up muscle over the turns, but the muscle of an athlete and from working rather than that of a dragonrider. Dark hair and eyes frame a roundish face, that often shows a hint of stubble later in the day. His arms and upper body bear a few scars from some early experiments that didn't always go quite to plan. He has been known to try and find work outside, and work without his shirt, or as little clothing as he can get away with, so he has a light tan most of the turn round.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Fitchan can come over as a quiet man, but he's not introverted in any way. He enjoys the company of others and, if he gets really into the topic, can become quite talkative. He's a tinkerer with gadgets at heart, and his friends and family have learned to understand that and when he does talk, they just let him go.

When it comes to the ladies, well he doesn't lack of experience in such matters, having caught the eye of a few despite the time devoted to academic and technical studies.

Fitchan has learned to use logic, he's seen that fighting, while it has a place amongst boys is not for men. Men talk things through and try to understand problems, and use their strength to protect those less able.

History of Persona:
Garnet Valley Hold was home to Channa and Salafit, a Journeyman Technician who worked out of Smith Hall, specializing in tool making for both crafts. Channa raised a family of five, three girls, and two boys, Fitchan being the middle child and elder boy. As childhood's go, his was fairly unremarkable, he fought with his siblings, studied hard in Harper Classes, but wasn't immune to the temptation of heading out to play truant now and then.

Early on it was clear that building things and working with his hands was something that he was good at, and his father encouraged him with that. Once of age, he apprenticed to the Technician craft like his father, departing for the Technician Hall at Jade Harbour.

As Lord Jaryd was known for his liberal attitudes, he was exposed to the idea of female crafters, and in fact at that time the Hallmaster was a woman. Fitchan found her inspiring and he knuckled down to his studies, determined to show what he could do.

It still took him the usual six turns or so to walk the tables to Journeyman status, and was posted out to various holds. But two turns ago he was sent to Amber Hills Hold where he met Ameala. it was a slow burn relationship, but one that resulted in a genuine and loving marriage.
