Physical Description of Persona:
Devyn use to bemoan her diminutive height of 5'5" because her sister rose to a more elegant height of 5'7", but after Impressing she's become much more confident in herself. Devyn has developed a thin waist, and enough curve to attract attention. While thin, Devyn has a solid build that speaks of the potential of a lean musculature. Soft, amber-brown hair is kept cropped rather short at her chin, framing her oval face where her eyebrows are usually arched in a sarcastic lift over her hazel-green eyes.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Devyn has a fiery little temper, and she can be fiercely independent when her hackles are up. Headstrong, and proud of it, Devyn has a hard time accepting a helping hand from anyone. Of course, her independent nature is accompanied by a social, outgoing attitude, and a facetious sense of humor that has garnered her fast friends.

History of Persona:
Born at a small, southern cothold, Devyn inherited her independent attitude from her father, who raised her after her mother passed away in childbirth. With a gorgeous older sister, Devyn was constantly self-conscious with her appearance. It was only when she was out in the stables working with her father that she found some peace of mind.

As a young teenager, Devyn joined the harper hall as a student, developing a natural talent for the gitar. It was also a talent that separated her from her tone deaf sister. Buckling down into her studies, Devyn ascended to the meager rank of senior apprentice when she moved to the Weyr to continue her studies as an actual member of the Harpers.

Almost too old to be a candidate, Devyn was lucky to Impress at nearly 20 Turns of age to a green dragonet named Elleth.

Weyrlinghood was an uncertainty at first, to Devyn, since she was holdbred, but after the intial Turn she and Elleth finally found their own niche. Recently Devyn began a tenuous relationship with the Weyrlingmaster, J'darin, and after ups-and-downs, offs-and-ons, the pair of moved in together as weyrmates.
