Physical Description of Persona:
A little shorter than average and built slight, she’s smaller than most dragonriders, although she’s built up the necessary muscle to do the work- mostly in her arms from hauling around firestone bag. She keeps her dark hair short so she can tuck it up under a helmet, and when she’s not in her gear it tends to fly around her face in a messy bob. She’s usually smiling and has a pleasant enough face. There’s some slight scarring on her left arm and leg from a threadscore in an early Fall- nothing significant but a reminder that she and her dragon aren’t untouchable.

Emotional Description of Persona:
She’s very outgoing and friendly, and she likes to know things. She can be a bit nosey and loves gossip, but overall she generally means well. While she is a dedicated dragonrider and takes her jobs seriously, she’s easily bored and better suited to the more ‘interesting’ duties (fighting, training, or transport work) than the quieter work of watch duty.

History of Persona:
Zariah was born to a pair of lower caverns workers, and she was raised with several siblings- some blood and some the children of riders that were being fostered. She was always jealous of the foster siblings with their dragonriding parents who would swoop in and take them on little adventures, and she started standing as soon as she could.

As she aged and hatchings came and went, her parents encouraged her to pursue some other craft or at least a skill set beyond basic labor, but she was adamant that she was destined for a dragon.

And she was right, although even she was starting to worry she was going to age out when a bright little green hatched out of an egg and marched right over to her. After that, she threw herself into weyrlinghood and then being a wingrider with enthusiasm and dedication.

Both of her children were happy accidents, the older born not long after she entered the wings and the younger born after she and her green were grounded for a bit while injured. The second was a result of a casual fling with a bronzerider- X’eri. The children are currently fostered with one of her own foster siblings, but she makes it a point to spend some time with them when she isn’t busy with duties.

Description of Dragon:
A fairly large green, she has a bright grass-green hide with some slight dappling of darker colors. The dragon fared worse in their early first encounter with thread, and there’s some significant scarring on her shoulder, although nothing debilitating.

Dragon personality:
Relsath matches well with her rider- she’s a friendly, easy going green who likes to socialize. She can be competitive, always up for a race, and she loves running messages or visitors to different Weyrs and Holds for the chance of seeing something new or interesting.
