Physical Description of Persona:
Ioporol is the kind of boy you'd fantasize about, young, blonde and attractive. His rather short height and skinny frame make him hard to spot in a crowd. His body is well in proportion, good sized torso and proportionate limbs, even if it's all a bit thin. His hands are surprisingly large, yet immensely delicate and strong.

His crazy blonde hair frames his heart shaped face and bright brown eyes that sparkle with a malicious intelligence. He has a few freckles on his thin blade of a nose. Combine this all with his pale skin shows he is clearly of Northern descent. His good looking features are both a blessing and a curse. He has used them to wheedle out of many a tight spot, but they also attract attention he'd rather not have at times. Many say he resembles his former Holder, but no one would ever say that but in the most delicate of whispers, for to imply that the Holder would ever be unfaithful simply isn't done.

Emotional Description of Persona:
I'poro is usually very perky, bounding through the day as if he was hooked on klah. It's mostly a façade honestly, because underneath it he's a very confused young lad. While coming to the Weyr and Impressing Foroth has helped him realize he doesn't have to hide how he feels or what he is, it's still a tough thing for the holdbred boy to accept. He keeps his love life as secret as possible, claiming to be one of those blueriders who prefers women as the rule, not the occasion, accept to his closest friends. Everyone knows it's not true, with the way he watches his fellows in the bathes, or sneaks looks at them as they run about the barracks in the evenings, but he continues to insist.

He's a closet romantic, longing for that day he'll be swept off his feet and fall madly in love, even though the chances of that as a dragonrider are slim. It's his dream though, and a nice one at that. He's a natural flirt, but he can't seem to turn it on when he wants too, often flirting with people who have no chance with him, namely girls. It's his biggest curse, this flirtatious attitude, for it often gets him into more trouble than is prudent.

History of Persona:
Born an illegitimate son of a wealthy Holder and one of his drudges, Ioporol never thought he'd amount to anything. His mother died in childbirth when he was six, twins. All of them died, leaving Ioporol alone. He was raised as a fosterling to the Hold and had as happy a childhood as could be expected with no true parents.

His father never dropped completely from his life, Ioporol always got an anonymous gift at Turnover, and his birthday. He saw his father around the Hold, though he could never talk to him, or know for certain he was the son of a Holder, though his mother had always told him it was true.

At twelve he apprenticed to the healer hall, excelling at not only the variety of herbs on Pern, but their properties and uses. At fourteen he met a fellow apprentice in his dorm, and found himself attracted to him. This feeling scared and surprised him, so he suppressed it. It was wrong to feel such things for a fellow man, or at least that's what he'd gathered from the way the adults would joke about it. Men liked women and that was it. What he felt was simply misguided, and couldn't possibly be the truth.

At fifteen he was Searched to River Bluff Weyr, Standing twice and left alone on the Sands both times. But there came some good of it, he found a greenrider who showed him what it could be like at the Weyr. Though the relationship did not last Ioporal began to settle in at the Weyr, and into himself.

Description of Dragon:
A larger blue of his clutch, but Foroth's initial size was a lie, as he's become one of the smallest blues in the Weyr. His blue hide is the dark blue with hints of purple of a late evening sky. When he stretches his hide winks with hues of blue-purple in the light. He's filled out with age, acquiring the sleek, streamlined body of your typical blue. He's a fast flyer and good at maneuvering, so far keeping his hide free of Threadscore. His small size has given him a bit more of an "infant" appearance, retaining those large wide eyes of youth and slightly too long wings of an adolescent.

He is a very inquisitive young dragon, always sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. He is also rather vain, preening himself and asking for extra baths. It's already apparent that the blue loves the ladies, and he can be seen showing off in his young, impish way when a green is close by. It seems he likes his ladies older, warming up to the veteran greens, liking the idea of a female with experience. His attempts are usually thwarted by his small stature however, his cute factor ruling out the suave moves he puts on the ladies.

Blackie, Feline: aged 13, born m11 d1
A big bushy tailed feline, Blackie was a gift to I'poro on his acceptance to the healer hall from his father. Or so he guesses, the kitten was left on his fostermother's doorstep with his name on it. The big black feline is very affectionate and adores any and all attention, especially when it doesn't involve her moving. She is a queen of the Weyr, or at least likes to think herself as one. She is certainly queen of her owner's rooms, and will demand attention and pampering as she sees fit.
