Physical Description of Persona:
Tinme is a fairly tall man, standing just over six feet. He has a lean build with long limbs. Short hair that was once deep brown is now liberally laced with silver. His eyes are brown and his face lean like the rest of him, with prominent cheek bones.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Steady describes Tinme best. He is calm and reliable, someone people trust easily. He is also charming and very persuasive when he wants to be. Family is something that is very important to him. Tinme loves his job and is very hard working- sometimes to the point where he can't leave the job at home.

History of Persona:
Tinme spent the first 14 turns of his life in a hold. Most of his childhood was happy, but the last few turns he spent in the hold were hard on him. No one accepted that Tinme was not intersted in women but in men.

Getting out of the hold and into the healer hall was momentous for Tinme. He apprenticed later than many other adolescence, but he made up for his late start with hard work. Soon it became apparent that he had a particular talent for midwifery, so he specialized in that. Upon becoming a journeyman, he moved to Dragonsfall Weyr.

At 22 Tinme met the love of his life, a bluerider named G'azin. Soon they were living together. Both wanted to have a family, but were struggling with how to make it happen.

Then Tinme met a woman who had helped several homosexual couples have families. The woman, Japoura, agreed to help Tinme and G'azin have children. Tinme fathered Jamot, their first son. Two turns later, Japoura gave birth to a second boy, Gyan, fathered by G'azin. Their final child, a daughter named Niela, was a happy accident- G'azin's Pohith won a green flight and the girl got pregnant.

The family lost G'azin when Niela was 12 and the boys 18 and 20. Though losing his partner scared Tinme deeply, he was always grateful that at least their children were older when it happened.

Only recently did Tinme transfer to Dolphin Cove Weyr. Niela convinced him to go with her when she decided to move there because of the clutch soon to be laid on the sands. As Tinme is pretty much wrapped around his daughter's little finger, he decided to indulge her.
