Physical Description of Persona:
E'ben is boyishly handsome, even with his silver hair, which went silver in his late thirties. While his hair color might have distressed other men, E'ben found that it attracted even more female attention than before - in a good way. His eyes are a bright hazel and show tiny laugh-lines at the edges. He's modestly tall at around 5'11" with a compact, lean frame that's kept in superb shape. He's fashionable when called for, but prefers the simple attire of a dragonrider on the daily.

Emotional Description of Persona:
E'ben is the serious sort. He's not without humor, and his smile is breathtaking, but he likes to think through a decision from every possible angle before committing. He's an intellectual who enjoys solving problems. E'ben is the quietly confident friend in the group that everyone goes to for advice or when they need someone who will listen. He's loyal to a fault and demands the same from everyone else.

History of Persona:
E'ben was raised in the North by a pair of ranchers. He had so many siblings that there are some he never met. His eldest siblings were getting married and moving out of the home while he was still learning not to wet the bed. Being the youngest boy, E'ben, who was Khaleben back then, was doted on by his mother. He probably received more of her attention than all of his other siblings combined, and it shows in his eloquence and respect for women.

When one of his older brothers went mysteriously missing from a Gather, things at home changed, and it took quite a bit of convincing to get his parents to allow him to join a craft. The Seacraft turned out to be everything that young Khaleben was looking for - travel and adventure. At a port in the South he was Searched, and at Far Island Weyr he impressed to his brown Tirlath.

His Turns at Far Island were some of the best of his life. He weyrmated to a beautiful woman that he loved. She bore him two children. He watched those two children grow up and Impress to dragons of their own. And he watched the woman he loved waste away from illness and then pass.

Life without Meriathel at Far Island was unbearable, so at forty-five Turns of age, E'ben has uprooted himself, for what he hopes to be the last time, and moved to Dolphin Cove Weyr.
