Physical Description of Persona:
J’zen looks like the more refined, prettier version of his younger brother, J’nne. He has thick black hair that he keeps shaggy and it touches his collar. His eyes are dark hazel, looking almost brown, and his face is quite delicate and more youthful pretty than handsome. He’s shorter than his siblings, but still tall, standing at 5’9” and has a slender build with muscles in the right places. He’s damn pretty and he knows it. He always wears clothes that flatter his beauty and highlights it.

Emotional Description of Persona:
J’zen lives for the moment. He’s the only person in the Weyr who manages to have an even worse memory than dragons. He lives for pleasure, his beautiful Verlith and for his siblings and mother. He’s never angry and does his best to never hold a grudge.

History of Persona:
J’zen was born Jayzen to bluerider J’ben and a young woman, Tenani, who had escaped her restrictive Hold to become a harper at River’s Buff Weyr. The couple had four children, Jaylene, Jaylan, Jayzen and Jayonne, three boys and one girl. They were a happy family with Jaylene first Impressing Reanth and then Jaylan Impressing, becoming J’lan. Then Verlith found Jayzen on the Sands, continuing the family impressing greens.

Everything was fine until Threads came back. Their father and his blue died in that first horrible turn. Two turns later their brother J’lan’s green died of a terrible scoring. He suicided days later, leaving his grieving siblings and mother. They became closer than ever, looking out for one another. The three remaining siblings do almost everything together, getting called ‘the three Jays’ often.

In turn 9 baby brother broke tradition and Impressed bronze Tribeth. Not long after the tragedy of River Buff occurred. J’zen and Verlith saved many lives that day, but J’zen prefers to forget that day as much as he can. He, along with his siblings and mother, relocated to Dragonsfall when Jaylene was given wingthird rank, something he’d never want for himself but that he is proud of for his big sister.
