Physical Description of Persona:
Nikhan stands at 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He doesn't look like a persn who has overindulged in his own baking. Rather, he has a slender build with muscular arms and chest from hauling bags of flour and carrying around big trays of bread.

His hair would be brown and curly but he currently shaves his head, to keep from having to wash flour out of it.

His eyes are a warm brown, with smile lines beside them already. His skin is lightly brown with the odd freckle here and there.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Nikhan is a man with a mission- to create the ultimate desert. He's driven to try new combinations and new ingredients as often as he can. Of course he'll never be satisfied, no matter how amazing the food. He's not quite as obsessed with bread but he does insist on the best ingredients being used in his baking.

Outside the kitchen, he's not so intense. He does find it hard to unwind, but once he does he can be quite laid back and cheerful. He does struggle trying to sleep while others are up, which is necessary because he starts baking in the very early morning. Wake him if you dare, he can be very cranky!

History of Persona:
Nikhan was the son of a Journeyman Herder and his spouse. He was the fourth child and the fourth son. His father was happy but his mother wasn't. She wanted a daughter. Consequently, Mehan has three younger brothers.

Nikhan was born a few stones throw from Emerald Falls Hold. He was pretty much lost amongst his other brothers, but he learned to stand up for himself and his family. His youngest brother had a disability and didn't learn from the Harper as others did. Nikhan always made sure to include him in everything as much as he could and occasionally got into fights defending him.

He also spent a lot of time in the kitchen, pinching bubbly pies when he could. Not just because he liked them but because he liked to pull them apart and see what goes in them. By age 5 he could bake bread and cakes (albeit basic ones) and never stopped. He went into an apprenticeship as soon as he was old enough and was posted to Emerald Falls Hold itself once he made journeyman.

Furry was a kitchen feline who adopted Nikhan. She's grey with black spots and stripes and 4 white socks. She doesn't like most people, especially children.
