Physical Description of Persona:
Etien is small to average for a boy his age, though very thin. His thick klah colored hair is always falling into his face. He has very dark blue, almost violet eyes that sparkle with intelligence and mischief. The boy has a very engaging smile. He is tanned very dark from all his outdoor chores.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Etien has an indomitable spirit. His stepfather has done all that he can to break the boy, but Etien has resisted. He continues to be curious and full of fun despite the hard man his mother married. He is smart, though, and has learned caution. Having taken many a thrashing and gone without meals as often as not, he has learned to sometimes do what it takes to get along.

History of Persona:
Etien was born to a seacrafter and his wife at a small coastal hold. His father died at sea when he was seven, and his mother remarried to Zaluug, a man who worked at the docks and had several children of his own in need of someone to care for them. Zaluug turned out to be a cruel man with a distinct dislike for Etien. Although he endured, Etien dreamed of escape and a better life. The opportunity presented itself when he met some journeymen dolphineers, recruiting for the hall.
