Oria

"Ready to go in?" she said, spotting the healer as she waited outside the dining caverns.

"Yes, after you," he motioned for her to proceed him. "I've worked up quite an appetite this afternoon," he said in a light tone, not specifying what the appetite was for.

"It would be a shame to waste it then," she grinned at him, before turning and making her way into the room.

"It certainly would," he said under his breath before following her in. "Hmm how about there," he said pointing to a more secluded corner of dining caverns. "So what would you like to get, the food or the drink?"

"How about we go together?" she suggested. "I could find out what you like that way."

"Sure, lead the way," Odarian replied sweeping his hand, as the pair made their way to the communal hearth. "I wonder whats cooking tonight?"

"Not fish, if we're lucky. I think i've eaten too much fish this last month."

"Oh, looks like its Roast Wherry," Odarian said pointing ahead. "Will that suite you lucky lady?"

"Indeed it will good sir," she replied in the same tone. "And perhaps a cider with it?"

"Cider's an excellent idea," he replied grabbing a few mugs while smiling down at her. He couldn't help but like how she would play along.

"Mmmm... Fresh bubbly pies for desert as well."

"All the favorites, what an excellent night to share dinner... with friends."

"And getting to know friends better still makes dinner taste all the sweeter."

"Well, we better start eating so we can get to the sweetness sooner,"
he replied, his hands completely ladden with food and drink. He tried to use his body to motion returning to the table.

"Perhaps we should," she said waving a bluerider out of the way.

Odarian finally reach one of the tables he indicated earlier and began off loading their selection. Before Oria could place her stuff though he took it from her, also placing that on a table before offering a chair. "After you."

"Thank you," she said sitting down.

Odarian walked over to the other side and took his own seat. He looked over the spread before him. "Lets see, food, drink, delightful company, yes, dinner can now officially start."

She took a glass and poured some of the cider into it, handing it to him.
"One for you, and one for me."

"One for you, two for me?" Odarian followed up taking the glass.

"Two?" she queried.

"Never mind," he said with a laugh. **Guess shes never heard of that phrase.** "Its silly, one will be just fine."

"Good, because that cider is strong stuff."

Odarian raised his brow and gave his drink a sip. He then nodded.
"Whhuuu, I do believe you're right. Thats quite good."

"Glad you like it, I've not found many others that do."

"You might say I have a taste for the stronger aspects of life," he replied raising his glass.

"Such as?" she teased, realising he didn't mean some aspects of their shared craft.

"Well, stronger drink... Stomach of ore" he said giving himself a pound to it. "Stronger... people?"

"And how might someone show you their 'strength'?"

"I typically find that actions speak louder then words," he responded with a grin.

He was certainly proving to be interesting company, thought Oria. Odarian had never been like this in the infirmary before. "Actions?"

**Time to throw her for a loop** Odarian thought as he began rambling on. "You know, when someone does the right thing, even if its hard.
...Faces their fears, stands up to someone, When people risk their lives to face a relentless, mindless enemey, constantly? Strength of character, you know?"

He waited a few moments for that to sink in before continuing, not quite looking her in the eye. "Course then there strength of personality, when a person, just is, so genuine. And I guess there are other, types of actions, that benote strength."

"Like fighting thread you mean?"

"Well, it does say something about a person. Whether that its crazy, devoted, fearless, I'm not sure." He shrugged gently.

"Degrorth says it is her life."

"As it is, and as it should be," Odarian replied. "Degrorth is a strong person, and... like dragon like rider."
