Weyrlingmaster Rank requirements updated!

Hi everyone!

Given the recent promotion of R'lor, we have updated a couple of the FAQ articles regarding Weyrlingmasters:

• What are the Rank Limits & Restrictions?
• Who is in charge of my weyrling's training?

The main change is that the Weyrlingmaster is now "usually" a bronzerider, rather than "always" - the decision is up to the Weyrleader!
