What are the Rank Limits & Restrictions?

Weyrleader: Members may not have more than one Weyrleader. A member may have a Weyrleader OR a Weyrwoman, but not both. Weyrleaders are Level One Rank, and members may not have more than two Level One rankers within the Triad Timeline. Weyrleaders must be bronzeriders with AT LEAST 25 turns old with 10 turns of experience.

Weyrwoman: Members may not have more than one Weyrwoman. A member may have a Weyrwoman OR a Weyrleader, but not both. Members may have ONE goldrider in the Triad Weyrs Timeline. Weyrwoman is a Level Two rank, and members may not have more than two Level Two rankers. Members may not have two Level Two rankers at the same location. Weyrwomen must have at least 5 turns of experience.

Wingleader/Weyrlingmaster: Wingleader is Level Two Rank, and members may not have more than two Level Two rankers. Members may not have two Level Two rankers at the same location. Wingleaders must be at least 25 turns old and have at least 8 turns of experience. Wingleaders are almost always bronzeriders. Brownriders MAY be considered in rare cases. Weyrlingmasters must be at least 25 Turns old and have at least 10 Turns of experience. They are usually bronzeriders, but may ride other colors at the Weyrleader's discretion.

Wingsecond/Weyrlingmaster Second/Weyrwoman Second: Wingsecond is Level Three rank, and members may not have more than four Level Three rankers. Members may not have more than two Level Three rankers at the same location. Wingseconds are bronzeriders or brownriders over 21 turns of age and with at least 5 turns of experience. All goldrider rules apply to Weyrwoman Seconds. Weyrlingmaster Second can ride any color and must be over 21 turns of age with at least 5 Turns of experience.

Wingthird/Weyrlingmaster Third: Wingthird is Level Three rank, and members may not have more than four Level Three rankers. Members may not have more than two Level Three rankers at the same location. Wingthirds are blueriders or greenriders of at least 21 turns of age and 5 turns of experience.

Weyrharper/Weyrhealer: Weyrharpers and Weyrhealers are Level Three rank, and members may not have more than four Level Three rankers. Members may not have more than two Level Three rankers at the same location. Weyrharpers or Weyrhealers may be either senior journeymen/women or Master Crafters. Master Crafters must be at least 30 turns of age, preferably 40.

Headwoman: Headwoman is Level Three rank, and members may not have more than four Level Three rankers. Members may not have more than two Level Three rankers at the same location. Headwomen must be at least 30 turns of age, preferably over 40, and should have experience working as an Assistant Headwoman.
