My Silly Green!

Description: Harila bathes Wosaith while I'lan watches and comments.
Location: Dolphin Cove Weyr
Date: month 5, day 3 of Turn 4

Harila was in the Weyrlake, currently bathing Wosaith. }:Oh yes, right there rider of mine.:{ Wosaith said, leaning into Harila's scrubbing hand.
"Hey there big girl, you're going to knock me over!" Harila said and laughed, playfully smacking Wosaith's shoulder. }:But it feels so good:{ Harila dissolved into giggles, not noticing that another rider was nearby.

"You'll spoil her if you aren't careful," commented the tall young bronzerider.

Harila stopped laughing and looked over her shoulder. "Oh! Hello I'lan! How are you and Naath doing?" }:Who is Naath?:{ **He's a bronze dragon here at the Weyr, silly!** }:Oh I see. Well, can you go back to scrubbing again?:{ **Only if you stop pushing me over.** }:Okay, okay I won't push anymore.:{ "Naath's just fine, he's off feeding right now. But I'm guessing that this little green beauty is yours?"

"Yes!" Harila said proudly. "This is Wosaith, my green dragon. }:Tell him I said hello:{ "Wosaith says hello, by the way," Harila added.

"She's gorgeous, such a lovely colour," admired the young man. "Tell her that one day she'll have all the male dragons chasing her."

}:Yes I will.:{ Wosaith said and dunked her head under the water, blowing bubbles. "She said yes she would," Harila managed to get out through the laughter. "Thanks for the compliments though. You're going to be spoiling her now!"

"As if you won't," laughed I'lan.

Harila laughed also. "Yeah yeah, tell me something I don't know. Besides, Wosaith is very level headed. I don't think she could be spoiled." }:So you say:{ was the response as Harila was splashed with Wosaith's tail.

I'lan laughed again. "Just you wait until she's a little older."

Harila wiped the water out of her eyes and grinned at I'lan, "Too true. Oh!
How's Bubbly doing after his neutering?"

"He's all over it now. As friendly as before, but now more unwanted puppies."

Harila laughed. She had met up with Bubbly several times and always liked the friendly pup. "I'm glad to hear he's feeling better. I always liked that pup."

"But you have something better now," he pointed to the green. "She's just as demanding, and capable of answering back!"

}:You're friend sure is smart:{ Wosaith said. Harila giggled and passed the message on, "Wosaith thinks you're smart. Looks like you're giving her ideas now about answering back!"

"Then perhaps I should leave you two to it."

Harila laughed. "You can stay if you want. We don't mind. Although, don't complain to me if she splashes you!" she said and winked at I'lan.

"Would she do that?"

Instead of responding, Harila glanced over at Wosaith. Wosaith eyed I'lan, then deliberately raised her tail and lightly splashed it down into the water. Just enough water to dampen bounced up, with some landing on I'lan and some on Harila. Harila just grinned and said, "Does that answer your question?" }:That was fun! I like splashing people!:{ **Well, don't do it too much or you won't have anyone coming to visit you** }:Well, it was still fun:{ "It does indeed."

"She's just in a playful mood today. Although, I think we're about done here!" While the two had been talking, Harila had finished bathing Wosaith and was now herding her out of the water. **Are you going to take a nap in the sand here?** }:Yes, I do believe I am:{ "Well, it looks like she's going to nap for a while," Harila said, watching her little green curl up on the warm sandy shoreline. "I think I'm going to go grab something to eat while she's sleeping too!"

"Mind if I join you?" asked I'lan.

"Nope, come right along," Harila said, leading the way.

"So, roast herdbeast, or fish?"
