Description: Hanni and S'rak enjoy a meal together.

Hanni put her glass down. "This wine is good," she said, watching as it swirled slightly in the glass.
S'rak smiled and nodded as he finished chewing a slice of tuber. Hanni had accepted his dinner invitation, and he was glad for the company.
"I'll have to get more from the vintner for next time."
"You have contacts there?" she asked. "Good Vintners are always worth knowing."
"I have one, Marsby. He has a brother at the Hall and I give him transport in exchange for keeping me stocked with a fine selection."
S'rak explained with a wink.
"Perhaps you'll have to introduce me, I promise not to steal your supply," she teased.
S'rak chuckled as he set down his glass. "I suppose if you promise."
"I really do promise," she teased.
"I believe you." he replied with a smile. "You promise me _lots_ of things, and you always hold true.
"There are other things I can promise..."
He took another bite of tuber, "I'm sure there are, but maybe we should focus on our tasty meal. It'd be a pity for it to go to waste."
"And neither of us would want that to happen," she reached out to pour some more gravy onto her meat.
"Careful with that," he warned, "It's a bit salty for me, so you might want to taste it before putting too much on."
"I might need another drink then," she teased.
S'rak picked up the bottle and topped off the greenrider's cup. "Of course."
"I knew there was a reason I liked you," she said as he did that. "You anticipate my needs perfectly." The bronzerider smiled. "As any good dinner companion should." His times with Hanni were light and fun, and he did enjoy them, but they were also somewhat hollow. There were no _real_ feelings between them, just companionship with no strings sex thrown in for good measure. But that was enough for now he supposed. Torinica had only been dead nine months now, he wasn't ready for anything _real_.
