This is, uh, my several-th return to Triad :-). I've been wanting to do a bit more writing and this seems like a good way to maybe get some motivation to actually do that? Anyway, I have adopted T'lei, an entertaining but occasionally grumpy older bluerider at DCW, and I'm looking forwards to doing some writing again :-).

Hi there! I've decided to dip my toe back into Triad and I've adopted an older bluerider at DCW.

Particularly looking for:

Green flights
People trying to recruit him to go to Barrier Lake, or just generally talking about changes
People having medical emergencies (he's also a journeyman healer and presumably quite handy for Very Fast Medical Responses)
I notice we have some Serious Weather coming up on the calendar, I'd like to get in on that :-).

I'm still on mentorship (again ) but I've adopted an older bluerider at DCW and would love to get in on some flight posts.

I was baptised as a baby in the Anglican church - 'Christening' is as far as I'm aware equivalent to infant baptism, although it's possible other people use it to mean other things. The services that some places do which are like infant baptism but contain no actual baptism are generally called 'dedication' services.

I'd like to transfer Vasha to DFW for the Hatching there, but I'm not sure what the procedure is (both out of character and in character)... especially as DCW has no active Headwoman (what *is* the situation there, anyway? is there just no Headwoman? who's doing the organisation that they'd normally do?).

I have a new character at DCW - S'ren, wingthird of Hurricane - and I'd love to get some things rolling!

Especially looking for:
* Riders, especially in Hurricane, who want to bitch and whine (about the leadership, about their hard life, about how it's just not fair) to someone
* Men and women of the appropriate orientation who enjoy a bit of no-strings sex, or look like they could do with some to cheer them up
* Opportunities to stick his nose in Weyr business (e.g. 'what are we doing about getting a new Headwoman', 'why don't we have a Weyrdragonhealer', settling in the new Weyrharper and Weyrlingmaster)

I also don't want to neglect Vasha and K'sen!

K'sen is looking for:
* People to make assumptions about him because he's a greenrider
* Some kind of romantic interest
* Anything with other Weyrlings / the weyrlingstaff to cover all the awesome stuff that's listed in the weyrling schedule

Vasha is looking for:
* Dragonhealers! (and injured dragons/firelizards.) DCW seems to have a distinct lack of PC ones, and there's all kinds of entertaining classes / checkups / Threadfall stuff we could be doing.
* People to encourage her to transfer to a Weyr with an upcoming Hatching (bonus if they want her not at DCW because she's too young for the fighting wings) / to encourage her to stay put.
* Other candidates to discuss candidate stuff with.

The only organisation I do with my Triad emails is to 'star' currently active coposts so I can occasionally check the list of them and see if any have got lost . I use GMail so the metadata at the top of the post / in the subject line is generally enough for finding any combination of actual list posts.

Happy to write an NPC for you (possibly Vasha's mother, who is your traditional airheaded greenrider :-) ).

It seems to have the results in an odd flash kind of format which doesn't paste into the forums though :(.

So, I've got this firelizard egg - how long can I leave it before it has to hatch? A sevenday? A month? Two months?

I'm not sure I want to use my last PC slot on it but I'm more than happy to write you an NPC troublesome transfer if you're still looking for volunteers.

Now January's almost done and I have some free time again (two weekend events in one month makes my free time go away) I could do with some coposts on the go!

Kelasen - now K'sen - has just Impressed a somewaht unexpectedly female dragon and could do with some people to help him through his reactions to that .

Vasha has been left Standing again - I'm especially interested in posts with other candidates that were left Standing.

I know I should get off my rear and pester people who've offered coposts for the new weyrlings but I'm feeling a bit shy and also I don't think I've had a single copost so far that the other person has started, so it'd be nice to get some starts this time...

I have two DCW candidates - Vasha's 13, weyrbred, cheerful and outgoing, and an apprentice dragonhealer, so she and Teiluka must have some kind of interaction . The other oen's Kelasen - he's 16, holdbred, and a recent transfer from RBW.
