Possible minor but long-running storyline

With Dolphin Cove short on riders and asking other Weyrs for able-bodied riders to fill in the gaps, I thought it would be fun for the Weyrs to send their 'undesirables' -- trouble makers and the like. Anybody want to make a few colorful characters?

On a slightly different note, I'd like someone (PC or NPC) to make a big mistake in drills so N'vanik can yell at them.

I can volunteer Aishara! Although she is not in N'vanik's wing. But she is young and relatively inexperienced.

I've got as many PC's as are allowed while I'm on mentorship, but I'd love to volunteer an undesirable. I could do an NPC to help get the SL going and then do a PC later if it is still going.

Actually I also might have a NPC--- A mother of one of my old-sonas. She is kind of clingy person who disagrees with authority, and gets thrown out of weyr after weyr....

I'm not sure I want to use my last PC slot on it but I'm more than happy to write you an NPC troublesome transfer if you're still looking for volunteers.
