D'lorn was walking a weyrling back to the barracks when he felt the
unmistakable pull. Smiling to himself, he didn't hold Villith back as
she decided to Rise. Typical of a green, she just pulled up stakes right
in the middle of the weyrling yard and declared her intentions to
anyone who wished to chase. Hissing, her eyes started to whirl the
telltale red.

After getting the young rider back through the doors, he turned and
headed to the mating cots. **Go get 'em beauty.**

Rilarth, who was rather friendly with Villith since they worked
together almost daily, turned and felt desire course through him.
Villith was a beautiful green and he hadn't won a flight in so long.

The bronze couldn't resist turned his own eyes, now whirling with
intent towards the green. }:You are beautiful Villith,:{ He stated and
waited for her to rise.

H'vack was always a bit startled when Rilarth chose to chase. He
blinked as he felt the desire of his bronze towards a rising green.
**Who this time?** He inquired and received only one word. }:Villith:{
H'vack was surprised, but knew there was no resisting the desires of
his dragon. "Class dismissed," he declared to his weyrlings, before
heading towards the mating cots and the man whom he worked with on a
daily basis.

D'arvn set down the garment he'd been sewing and packed it into his
craft cubby before walking across the bowl to the mating cots. Falzeth
was chasing again and though it had been awhile since he'd been
successful he was bound to win one soon.

He smiled when he saw D'lorn. This would be the kind of flight he liked to
win.

Sebeth bugled his intent to chase, moving to a better vantage point on
the heights. }:Lovely Villith, how you gleam!:{

Hurrying to join the other riders, K'mai thought about the night he'd
spent with D'lorn. If Sebeth won, he planned to spend a long time
afterward making D'lorn feel very good.

**You have got to be kidding me.** K'lvin grumped as he walked toward
the flight rooms. He normally didn't mind mating flights (he had a
healthy sexual appetite) but whenever Xmrenth rose to chase a dragon
that belonged to another man he got the heebie-jeebies and immediately
wished he could crawl under a rock somewhere. As it were, the tall
Wingleader had no choice but to stand along with the other men in the
flight room, although his eyes were definitely on some of the female
flight moths that were already gathering.

Camyth crouched and eyed the glowing green with lust. " Umh, he kind of
trained us?" Im're remarked when he noticed whose green had captured the
young blue's undivided interest. Oh, boy, this could be awkward if he won
Im're thought while he took his place in a circle forming around D'lorn.

She saw them all and watched them. }:Of course I am beautiful:{ Normally a
lady,
now she was a siren. Villith unfolded her wings and then pushed
herself up on her hind legs, surveying the ground. Her whirling eyes
became faster and faster. Unlike a gold, there was no need for her blood
anything. This
flight would be fast and there would be no eggs. It was more just
about being free than anything else.

Hissing again, she crouched and shook her body, before using the legs
to launch herself into the air. Not waiting for them or announcing her
decision, Villith took off using the speed of her color, trying to leave
them
all in the dust. She wanted to fly!

Rilarth didn't wait. He was eager to win a flight and knew he would
have to work hard to keep up with the faster green and the smaller
blues who would be joining in the flight.

Sebeth jumped from the Heights and was practically on her tail before
Villith's speed carried her higher. }:You will be no easy catch, but I
will keep up!:{

Falzeth wasn't far behind the others and jockeyed for position as the
green wove through the skies.

Not as fast and agile as the blue dragons, Xmrenth made up for it with
his impressive wingspan and the power that he exuded as he followed
behind the wily green. She would stretch her wings, and burn up her
energy quickly, and he would be waiting to catch her when she did.

She saw the bronzes following, not at all flattered since it was to be
expected.
Villith was not some young green ready to fall at the first thing, after
all.
When she flipped into a cloud, she saw Falzeth there and granted the blue a
flash of her tail. }:He is a good one. Always has been.:{

Then there was Sebeth. Young indeed and full of promise. She knew
there would be no problems there and of course the shared memories
that faded in and out from her rider felt nice to think over. Not
ready to make her choice yet, since it was hers to make, Villith continued
to shoot through the skies, diving around the pack to end up flying in the
opposite
direction.

Camyth was fast and agile but he wasn't as strong as the bigger
dragons. His only hope was to impress her with his acrobatics. So he
pushed his way to front row, making dips, rolls and even a loop around
a slower brown.

Sebeth flipped backwards to follow her, narrowly missing another blue.
}:You are a tricky one, but when you are ready to choose, I will be
there.:{

Falzeth wheeled on a wingtip then beat his wings hard to catch up to
the wily green again. He crooned to her in admiration of her maneuver.

K'lvin could feel Xmrenth's pain as if it were his own as he dropped from
the flight, heading toward the Weyrlake. The bronze had overstrained a
wing muscle in the last Threadfall and trying to follow the aerobatic green
had tweaked the muscle again. K'lvin walked toward the Weyrlake, pushing
away flight moths in worry for his dragon.

She knew her strength was waning. And they could outlast her since they
had larger wings. So Villith conceded the fight and began to rise, preparing
for the fall. She shot up into the clouds, ready to touch the stars. Who
would
catch her?

Camyth followed her although exhaustion was starting to weight his wings.
He wasn't going to give up easily though.

Despite the good show the blues were putting on, Villith decided to go
in a different direction this time. The green spread her wings then bugled
before she stopped going higher. }:Rilarth! Come to your prize!:{

Inside the mating cots, D'lorn found himself drawn toward his superior, the
greenrider not seeing the knots or knowing who it was. All he wanted was to
finish the flight. His hands sought trousers while his lips sought flesh.

Seeing she had made her choice, Camyth turned back. He didn't land, he
just dropped to his ledge, so exhausted he fell instantly sleep. Im're
however had other plans, with one of the flight month.

Rilarth roared with delight as he wrapped his bronze wings around the
green, sending the two spiraling together through the skies.

H'vack, one with his dragon, did the same to the man on the ground.
There were no barriers, no worries, nothing but the _feeling_ in the
moment. Rider and dragon were one, both had claimed their prize.
