Karhal

Staring out the window, Karhal watched the small, slender figure move
through the main square of the Hold. He could scarcely believe that
he'd never really noticed Loella before she told him of her feelings;
she truly was a beauty, but even more, she had a sharp mind and a
quick wit, all of which he had previously taken for granted. A hand
stroked his freshly shaved chin and he smiled at the memory of her
request. That first kiss had been a revelation to him and since then,
he'd been hard pressed to keep his hands off of her. He had managed,
but just barely.

Unfortunately for Karhal, his libido, so long repressed and chained,
had started taking on a mind of its own. It was like listening to a
maniacal, slavering, lusty side of himself that had suddenly found a
measure of freedom from the confines of his own mind. It had started
having a rather perverse voice of its own, and it definitely liked
Loella.

**Of course I do. Look at her! Look at the way she fills out that
dress. It wraps around that waist and hips of hers just right….**
Karhal promptly turned away from the window with gritted teeth. **Oh,
you can't tell me you didn't look. Shards, man, you felt it and you
had a good handful. But no, you had to go off, do the proper thing and
let that lovely rear end go. She liked it, you idiot!**

Karhal pinched the bridge of his nose and tried to direct his thoughts
elsewhere, but Libido would not be denied. **It has been nearly _TEN_
Turns. Ten. Are you even human? Just let me control your hands next
time. Just for a little bit. Maybe you've forgotten what you're
supposed to be doing with them. ** Karhal scowled and stalked back to
his desk. **Oh no you don't. No work. You're going to listen to me for
once. You've kept me locked up and I want my say. Look. Turn around.
That's it. She's still there. Oh! She's stretching. My my… Can't say
you don't like that. See how the cloth moves? Looks like her rear end
isn't the only thing that'll be a pleasant handful. And if you play
your cards right, you can find out.**

Karhal pointedly turned away from the window and moved to the klah pot
desperately trying to think of something else. Shards, any thing else.
He eyed the pitcher of ice water next to the klah and briefly
considered dumping it over his own head. **Ice can be useful too.
You've done that before. But I don't think she's ready for that sort
of play just yet. Do we have any candles?** Karhal's eyes bulged at
the direction of his thoughts. He had to think of something else.

He turned back to his desk and sat down, refusing to glance again out
of the window. Hides. Yes. He could work on those. There was a lot of
work on the kennels to do. **The desk? We can work with that. Get her
in here, toss those hides off, unlace the bodice, slide the skirt up…I
bet her thighs are slim and milky white. And soft. Just think…**

Karhal fought the urge to bang his head on his desk and instead
settled for rubbing his temples. **Look, big guy, she's a woman and
you're a man. You both have interlocking body parts that should
shaffing well be interlocking right about now. And you can't tell me
you haven't thought about it, because I know better. You want that
woman. We both do. So do something about it!**

At that Karhal did lay his head on his desk and banged it once. **Yes,
that'll help. You really are an idiot. You know the moment she
realizes how hot you are for her that you're a doomed man, don't
you?**

Karhal stood, walked back to the klah table, picked up the water
pitcher and promptly dumped it over his head.
