Sol looked outside and chuckled to herself. She was standing in the opening to the dining caverns, drawn there by the usual noise a green dragon made when she was Rising to mate. A glance back over her shoulder revealed she could leave for a short time, and the baking was not due to be started until later this evening. She had some hidework in her Weyr that needed her attention, things she'd brought from her office, and some lovely snacks. Her Weyr was generally a quiet sort of place and she could get more work done there, sometimes, than in her office. Green flights did not affect her like a gold flight. Gold flights affected _everyone_. But, they still brought back memories, and as the blue and brown shapes, and even a couple bronze ones, launched after this green beauty, she thought of her Weyrmate coming to her after a lost Flight. _Good_ memories. She disappeared into her Weyr thinking of U'das, and some good memories they were busy making in these last few months.

This green had a male rider, so when Zack returned 'empty-handed' U'das was actually little relieved. Being thrown together with another man by flight lust didn't disturb him too much but it was always awkward afterwards. However, now the bronzerider had another kind of afterwards to deal with. He looked around. There were plenty of women available to comfort the lost riders. But no one of them struck his fancy. There was just one woman, he realized suddenly, that he really wanted. A woman who could understand him ways no other could, who had a common past with him. U'das went to search for her. When the knock came, she grumbled. Her Weyr was supposed to be her quiet place. She went here to get away from the interruptions. But, assuming it was one of those bothersome baker boys, or a Candidate in need, she got up anyway. When she opened the door to find the bronzerider that had just been filling her thoughts, she was shocked into silence for a moment. "U'das..." she looked closer. Had Zack been chasing, and lost? "Come inside, handsome." She murmured softly. "You're a most welcome interruption." "Zack was taking part in a green flight, and lost," U'das explained, his voice low and husky with the barely controlled emotions. "I hope you don't mind?" For answer, Sol reached up and undid the sensible knot at the base of her neck and wrapped her arms around him, pulling him in closely for a long, deep kiss. "In that case, we don't have time for talking.." she murmured softly.
U'das picked her up and carried her to the bed. He was too sharding old to make out on the floor. He was, however, not too old to carry woman in his arms. As he lay her down on the bed, she helped him out of close, his touches and kisses in between helping her out of hers fanning a fire her imagination had already started. She wasn't too old to help a bronzerider ride out his flight lust, either. Especially one with more than 40 turns worth of ideas. And U'das used every trick he had learned about women to make her feel wonderful. She had learned a few tricks of her own over the turns, and she showed him several of them. A girl has to keep a few in reserve, though, just in case. Some undisclosed number of candlemarks later, Sol murmured appreciatively, curled up to his side in her bed. "Hmm, U'das. You can come to my Weyr any time you like to work off Flight lust. I haven't experienced anything like that in... oh.. turns." She stretched and arched her back a little, pressing against his bare chest. She kissed a shoulder. "Young women and young men just do not know what they're missing." "Thank's, you don't know how much my ego likes to hear it," U'das grinned. "Well, we can't have a bronzerider with no ego, love." She chuckled softly and threw a long leg over his waist. "Do you want to stay a while and I'll feed you? And maybe keep feeding your ego?"
"Of course I can stay, I have no reason to rush anywhere," U'das replied, his finger drawing lazy circles around her body.
Solieira smiled, her eyes half closed with pleasure at the touches. "I'm glad, bronzerider. I don't think I rerally want you to stop doing that and go anywhere right now." "Are you hungry, U'das?" she said softly, leaning into his hands. "We could eat... or we could do other things." "I better eat a bit, so I can keep up with you," U'das said, with merry twinkle in his eyes.
Sol grinned as she extracated herself from his wonderful feeling arms, kissing his bald head on her way up. She was tall with lovely long legs despite her turns; keeping up with riders will do that to a woman. "You're in the right place to feed all kinds of hungers, handsome." And she started to take care of one of them, only throwing a light robe around her shoulders as she bustled about her small weyr. U'das discovered that he also enjoyed watching her no matter what she was doing.
