Watchdragons

I'll keep it short and sweet. :P Do the major Holds have watchdragons, like in the books? It's come up in a co-post but I can't ever remember anyone mentioning one.

On the Triad site under FAQ Strict Canon Rules it says this: All dragons live in Weyrs. Even watchdragons return to their Weyrs when off duty.

The watchdragons are assigned by the Weyrleaders and they are mostly keeping an eye on unscheduled Threadfall, althoug they can be flagged for transportation/help with emergency. But they are _Not_ under Hold's juristicion.
