Vintner info request

Heather P (Burkina) and I (and Angie, but sh emay not know it yet) are writing a post at the TSH Gather.  We are innerested in getting a half bottle if Ice Wine.

How much?

I think we've established that it's rather pricey in another post with Othniel and Jaela--and that that's the case with those particular vintages--don't think an exact number of marks was given to it.

Are you talking about me Angie? Did that make any sense?

Oh I don't know how much it would cost. But it would be slightly more than an average bottle and the prices have risen due to the shortage and injury done to the vineyard. Good bottles going for 2 or so marks.

I would take a guess as to say that an ice wine would be 4-5 or so. Does that sound reasonable?

Was in the wine shop last night.  A half bottle of liqueur was in the $20.00 range, and a half bottle if Ice Wine $40 - $50.

Now.  I bottle of not-bad wine is about $10, so that is $5 for the half.

Someone else can do the Dollar-Mark conversion, I am going to do laundry.

There's a price list around somewhere, but I never could get enough input to take it live on the site.
