ATTENTION GOLDRIDERS, WEYRLINGMASTERS and ANYONE ELSE

There has been some overlap in the past as far as whose duty it is to update persona sheets for those candidates that Impress, for weyrlings who move up to senior weyrling, and those that graduate into wings. The Council has discussed this problem and have decided that from now on, it will be the responsibility of the Persona Approval Team. So, for future reference, after every Hatching and at the appropriet time during weyrling training, please send the PA a notice to update the persona sheets. You only need to send one e-mail to the PA team, but please include the information below for each person that needs to be updated.

Please chose the format for the update you would like the PA to do and use the bold title in the Subject line with the location of the personas you are refering to:

If it doesn't happen for our characters should we contact the goldrider/WLM or the PA directly? And in the absence of the WLM at DCW?

My unofficial answer is that I wouldn't mind taking care of the graduations at DCW.

If it doesn't happen: a) give it some time (at least a week or two) and b) contact the WLM.

In the case of there not being a WLM, it would fall to the L1.

I see a couple of the latest DCW weyrlings have appeared on the Weyrling Guide.

Could I have O'rian (from the previous DCW hatching) popped on there too?

Just a followup note to this!

While the PA Team is still responsible for the actual movement of Weyrlings as they go through their training, Jane and Vix have happily agreed to update the actual Weyrling Guide as part of their already busy duties as Area Managers.

The Council would like to thank them for all their hard work! They do a great job and deserve rounds of applause! :hello1:

In Summary:

Movement of Weyrlings to Weyrlings, to Sr Weyrling, and to Riders will fall to the PA Team and any questions about that piece of Weyrling movement should be sent to the PA Team.

Moving them into and out of the Weyrling training guide will fall to Jane and Vix, so any questions about that particular piece of Weyrling training can be sent to whichever of these ladies is your Area Manager.
