Dating TE and TB Posts

I seem to remember last Turn Over we had two versions of how to date posts, only I can't find the instructions about either.

What's the final, definitive ruling on dating those posts falling on TE (m13 d29) and TB (m13 d30)?

Turn's end= m13 d29
Turn's beginning = m13 d30

That's how the website calendar has to work.
