Technician Hall question

I searched around but couldn't find anything concrete... Does the Technician Hall accept women crafters?

The NPC Technician Hall is at Jade Harbor Hold, and while JHH does not allow female crafters, the Technician Hall is Northern aligned (like Dolphin & Seacraft Halls were) and allows women crafters.

Someday I'm gonna get all this NPC information up. ;) Thanks for reminding me I haven't moved it over yet!
