Walking the tables

Does the Walking the Tables scene from Dragonsinger (Menolly making journeyman) apply to all Halls or is that a Harper hall tradition only?

I imagine each Hall has their own traditions when it comes to promotions, though 'walking the tables' has become a common enough phrase for promotion to journeymen in Triad. The best thing to do is to check with the Hallmaster to see what they think, if possible. Some may have decided that their Halls have specific traditions.
