Healer specialties?

I'm not sure if I just haven't looked in the right places on the Craft Info section of the site or what, but I was wondering- what can you tell me about the different specialties of the Healer craft?

There are also other possibilities... for instance Abrei's specialty is Trauma Injuries... which works well in a Weyr. ;) Threadfall is fairly traumatic.

Say, I didn't see mindhealing listed there- is that a specialty? Mindhealers do exist in this timeline, yes? Or am I wrong?

Yes, they do indeed! There are several in the club at the moment, and they've very useful!
