Question 1: What happened to Jade Harbor Hold? I found while searching around the site and was curious.

Question 2: Does Triad Weyrs have any Runner Stations? Are they allowed?

Jade Harbour Hold has been made an NPC location--and the runner station that was affiliated with it has been made NPC as well.  We found that neither locations were being used to their fullest, and those as well as a few other underutilized areas were made NPC.
