Just a quick, and probably stupid question

There was an e-mail that just came out from Em, concerning DEW candidates. At the very end is a part about Persona Sheet Changes. What exactly is this for? I figured it might be a description for dragon at first, but now I am not quite sure.

Sorry about the question. I am sure that I am missing something blantantly obvious.

The persona sheet changes would be for the addition of the dragon's description and personality.  Also, any changes/updates you might want to add regarding the candidate once they Impress.
