Oh My!!! My Persona has BOOBS?

Now that I have everyone's attention...

A rather distressing habit I hate to see is when someone insists on putting bust measurements in a female persona's sheet.  Who cares?  Be creative and use descriptions like a curvy, willowy, lean, slender, etc figure and let your co-writers use a little imagination.  They really don't need to have Marilyn Monroe's measurements spelled out in the sheet to figure out the persona's lean as a boy or would give ole Marilyn a run for the money.

So unless your persona is going to be running about constantly topless and her boobs the only reason she exists, please don't include bust descriptions in your sheet.

Nursing mothers might get an exception if they ask nicely.

All breast size references will be removed without request for changes, unless of course you want to start describing your _male_ personas in the same exacting details.

c'mon Ang, you _know_ guys lie.

And oddly enough, most of my men wouldn't mind listing their um...measurements....*g*

Right now both Yanrik and N'klos have been gagged, and Alajeran is just plain appalled...lol

But I agree...quite frankly, I look at personality, history and whatnot when I'm looking for interesting persona's whose writers I wanna post with...breast size is not important! LOL

Hey, that's a good idea for my next persona!

And she's probably turn out to be the most evil villainess we'd ever had, knowing you!

Hmm I do a lot of Running about, but not topless.
Then again, Haara might start to get a little warm around Jade Harbour if she could ever get herself a man. Not that going topless would help much in her situation.

Actually, Chelle, that was exactly what I was lecturing about.

Defining a woman by her boobs is more Playboy-ish than Triad.

 I think I'm guilty of this :(

I didn't do it to be offensive, or to suggest that my character's boobs are the only thing there is to know about her.  I did it for clarification on what I meant when I said she had a lithe, hourglass figure.  I gave her full measurements after that on her sheet, did I do wrong?  Should I have just left it as it was?  It's just, I've been roleplaying for a while, and I've noticed that my idea of what my character looks like and other people's ideas don't always coincide if I just use descriptive words, as everyone can see those words differently.  I just use the measurements to clarify what I mean, and avoid any confusion. (Granted, it doesn't come up very often, but it did one time, and I've just been making it a habit to put in the numbers ever since, to avoid a similar confusion.  Not too bad in a copost situation like this... rather comical in a real-time rp situation [ad&d, not pern!])

Um, anyway... was that enough babble from me?  I really just wanted to know if I had done wrong on Ami's sheet, so that, should I make any more characters, I will know not to include that. I'll just :gagged: myself now.

NOW Mikel! I have a buxom blonde at another weyr that might interest you. She tends to be caught topless. ( A RL situationg that we don't wanna go into.) I tend to like my females to be slender with a hint of breast. My hubby says it is because I am ashamed of my RL measurements. And you can take that any way you like.
