Council and Member Reward Updates

Hi everyone!

Last year, four members joined us on the council as junior council members: Aaron, Devin, Heather and Sia. They've all done a fantastic job helping out with the club admin, and we thought it was time to "promote" them, so we're all now equal council members Congratulations to all of them, and thank you for stepping up!

As a result of this, we've reconsidered the previous rule that council members, other than "junior" ones in training, shouldn't receive marks for regular admin tasks. We wanted to make sure we recognise the work that people (and not just council members) put in to tasks such as updating the timeline or running competitions like the crayon awards - while making sure that these marks are received for specific tasks and not just automatic.

The updates are now on the wiki page (https://www.triadweyrs.org/wiki/How_Can_I_Earn_Marks). Most of them aren't just open to council members, any member can get involved! The main changes are:

• Removed "Welcoming Committee" salary (no longer exists)
• Added note that mentors must be actively mentoring to receive this salary
• Add missing "Area Manager" salary (for timelining)
• Updated reward for craft article to include all types of website article (doesn't need to be a craft)
• Added "Running a club-wide event or competition" to cover admin for the crayon awards and other competitions
