This might be a controversial choice, but I'm nominating Q'vettan! Despite all the other sensible things he's done since, what has stuck with me is that one of his first actions after becoming Weyrleader was to coldly take a man's Wing away from him. Ouch! Does everyone at Barrier Lake approve of this? Will it come back to bite him? Or will he do similar things in future? I want to know.
