BLW Minor Hold Questions

How long would it take to walk to Barrier Hills Hold from the Weyrhold? From the map on the website, it looks pretty close, but i'm not sure if someone could just pop over during a lunch break or not. Or, maybe it's a steep climb so it's really best to go by runnerbeast?

And, if I have a post that takes place at the hold, should the location be BLW? SWE?

Yes you can. The Hold is right by the Weyr, so you could indeed pop over for lunch.
