They don't come up here... which is what we use to pull the eligible persona's and npc's. I'll have to take a look at the code and approval dates for these personna to see why they didn't come up.

EDIT:   Glad you posted your question.  I'd thought it was very odd at the time but was sick and didn't really look into it too hard. So I rechecked the UNIX time stamps and TADA... there was the issue.   The end time was about 50 years before the Invasion of England by William in 1066.  So yea... a little off.  So I've fixed the initial post.
