End of 2016 Amnesty Period

Hey Triadians!

The Council knows that there's been less activity this November and December because of the holidays. We're declaring a retroactive holiday amnesty period - ranker requirements for November and December 2016 will be waived.

Requirements tracking will go back into effect on January of 2017. To help kickstart posting, we'll have another mini challenge event this month. Stay tuned for news.
