A n00b gamer who's really been testing my patience as a mod with her attitude problems has finally pushed me over the edge. So I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for not being like her. You're all fantastic writers, mature people, experienced gamers, and working with y'all is always a pleasure.

Thank you for being you. I truly appreciate it.

As  both a   long time member and member of the council, I have to say thank you for your comments Leigh :)  It means alot that despite the size of our group, our members are happy here and they enjoy writing.   That is fabulous to hear :)

As I've said many times, Triad is small but VERY Mighty LOL

Just two nights ago, the n00b used OOC knowledge ICly and created a giant IC clusterf--k because it caused another character to think they're being stalked and they reacted accordingly. Now the n00b knows she has seriously stepped in it, and she claims she will accept the IC consequences, but judging by her behavior, she wants the other players to forgive her and let it slide ICly and OOCly. And now she's even claiming she wants to stop playing the character who caused the trouble and separate herself from him.

I don't believe a single word she's typing.

I had to issue a modly warning to her as a result of the cluster. If she breaks the rules again, she gets a two-week suspension. If she still doesn't behave after that, she's getting kick-banned. Permanently.

She is seriously killing my fun, so thank you very much, Len and Clancey, for chiming in. It means a lot.

Triad isn't so small now-- it's really one of the larger PBeMs left (aside from Arolos, I am guessing) because so much has moved to forums. :) Woo Triad!

Wow, that's impressive! I recall Triad used to be huge (that's why there was the smaller sister club of Dream's End, yeah?). And then it seems like a lot of places started to contract. I tend to prefer the PBEM style, so I'm glad we're still here and kicking and large.

I agree, Avery. We actually used to be larger than most of the other clubs because most of our members were active whereas they had member lists that were large but were inactive. We had Triad and DE. 4 Weyrs, 7 Holds, 5 Halls, a runner station/tavern, a ship, a riverboat, and who knows what else. I love seeing things grow and being able to share the awesomeness that we have with others. And we offer things that other clubs don't-member rewards, member awards, active plotting, AND locations outside of the Weyr.

It is hard to find a good PbEM with mature, honest writers - not only that, but kick-ass ones too! Triad has grown and changed a lot even in the comparatively short time I've been kicking around, and I feel so lucky to be here with you all.

I've been in good and bad RP's and this is the best. It's like a family and I truly believe we care about one another.

I so agree with all of you! Triad really does feel like a family. With other clubs I used to be so guilt-ridden when I didn't get the time to write, but with Triad it just feels like coming home every time I do get to log in to my mailbox. I do indeed care a lot about each and every one of you guys! You make my life a happier one :) Thank you all for that :)
