Future EFH Charrie and Minor Plotting

So I was looking around and decided I'd like to adopt Chali after I've finished my first copost(s). Anyway, I think it'd be awesome if she got married...and like right after I adopt her. From what I've gathered by reading the info about EFH, it wouldn't be totally out of the ordinary for her parents to actually arrange a marriage, sorta. Like she meets someone and what with her need to be loved, quickly befriends him. From there her parents decide they're going to get married, or something. Anyway...I'd kinda like it if their marriage ends up being horrible, or at least doesn't work out like it was supposed to. Either he realizes he doesn't really love her, or like her, or something. Or he's abusive in some way. Or he constantly sleeps around. Or perhaps one or the other (or I guess both) of them really is more into the same sex, they just don't realize it. That could be quite interesting too...the development of a marriage of convenience if both of them were actually gay. He could be quite a bit older than her, too, I'm thinking. So if anyone wants to write a persona for that, holler at me.

I don't have suitable husband (well, Aivorn is single... he's also old enought to be her father). Corowal just might try to arrange something between Chali and his Steward Sarban.... *Throws the ball at Chelle*

However...Sarban is not gay and will not be. o.O
But umm yeah arranged marriage is okay.. he wants kiddles. And if Corowal does it, he can't say no..  :rabbit:

Oh ya that's cool...I was just throwing out ideas as to why the marriage could not go as expected. I would kinda like it if for some reason Chali ends up unhappily married. I'm cruel to my charries. :D

Sarban would want kids; I'm sure Chali would want kids cuz they'd be someone who would have to love her (or at least in her mind)...so what if she couldn't have kids? I'm still getting used to Triad's Pern...but would the Healers know about this before they got married? Or could it come as a shock when Chali just doesn't get pregnant...or does but keeps miscarrying...or something?

As the resident EFH Healer ;) I can say that some women will have problems getting pregnant, other will have problems carrying to term... That's not an unusual scenario

Right...I was just wondering if she would already know about this potential condition before she's married? Or could it come as a complete surprise to her after she's married?
