Nope, not really.  I just have never been interested in SciFi... until I read AM, the closest I had come was Enid Blyton with her Fairy Stories. LOL

I don't watch any of the popular Sci Fi shows on TV.  I have watched a few Star Trek, and I liked the old Battlestar Galactica (for a few shows) when I was a kid - but I think that had more to do with the hunks playing the lead characters.

I loved the old show Misfits of Science with Courtney Cox.  I liked the Invisible Man that was on a few years ago but as for the rest?? Nope.  Son and hubby are right into Doctor Who and Torchwood but I just zone out when they come on.

Me too!  :D  My brother and I had the opportunity to go to New York last fall and meet JK Rowling at the Carnegie Hall.  It was so amazing, and perfect timing too since the last book came out last summer!    I'm going to miss Harry Potter and all the crazy fandom hype for it.
