The ickiest job ever

Yes, there are lots of jobs that I detest, but some more than others. I spent the afternoon doing one of these: my taxes. I filed my federal taxes in early February but still had two state tax forms to complete.

I still have to do my tax returns. Matt and I are going to work on them this weekend. Bleh...

Ick ick ick. One of the nice things about Texas is that there are no state taxes. We just had to fill out our federal. Of course, we did it early so have already received it. And spent it. :-/

Now this is where I'm glad that I earn under the limit to do it myself and my employer has to file the paperwork for me.

I don't make any money, but I think I'm still required to file. I file jointly with my hubby.

I always do ours early. I hate waiting, mainly because it's just one more thing to worry about. The sooner I do it, the sooner I don't have to worry about it any longer. Also, it's all the sooner we get our refund. :-D
