Okay, so being lactose-intolerant, I can't have coffee real ice cream. Turtle Mountain's non-dairy ice creams have a Mocha Almond Fudge though which is coffee base, almond nuts, and ribbons of dark chocolate fudge. It's heaven. Better yet, my partner AND our friends all eat it and say it's just as good as real ice cream!

I can honestly say I gave coffee a try, but I did not like it. And now after all the studies they have conducted I'm glad I don't drink it.

They have found that coffee is horrible for your wake up cycle. People who drink coffee on a regular bases become so dependent on coffee that they have to drink coffee in order to function as well as someone who does not drink coffee in the morning. Your mind begins to depend on coffee in order to start functioning in the morning.
