Short and reddish brown.

I'd say where you were at the time, but that might get someone else into trouble for sharing with me. LOL

Now I'm really confused. . .

OH, ok -- from NYC? I've never even seen that pic.

Yep with Donna & Yvonne.  Have had it since the beginning of last year. ;)

*shrugs*
I guess you can post the link. I'm curious to see it.

And for anyone else reading, that's not the Yvonne who's a member here but AJ's mom.

Whoo!  So we get to see what you really look like? :)

Who knows? I have yet to see the photo. The only person-photo I have from that trip is Donna in the Spam-a-Lot cutaway. I assume the picture was taken after we had been kicked out of NYC's public library and before we were almost kicked out of St. Patrick's cathedral.

I have to push the pram a lot?

You got kicked out of a library and almost out of a church?

It makes me curious.  I'd love to hear the story! :)

It's actually a very simple story: Donna had just bought a cup of coffee in Bryant Park and refused to give it up. She argued that she could leave it at the security post but they wanted her to pour it out, she refused, so we were effectively kicked out of the library.
On the way to the cathedral, we stopped off at Grand Central Station and met up with Yvonne and AJ. As we walked northward, we were stopped and made to listen to a 2-minute spiel for a local bank and given ice cream bars for our time. We arrived at St. Patrick's with all of us having finished -- except Donna. We chided her that she needed to finish or we'd be kicked out of there as well.

Wow, our libraries here in Portland aren't nearly that strict about coffee. But then again we're pretty laid back here about everything.

Amanda N

I think that was a pretty poor way to treat people.  I mean, you at least offered to leave it at the security station.  :-/

Kath, you like Steven Curtis Chapman?

I like a few of his songs, but my sister is a much bigger fan.  My favorites are the Newsboys, whom I'll be seeing on April 5th!!  and Matthew West.

Amanda N

I got to see the Newsboys in concert a few years ago.  They do a great show!  They were part of an anniversary concert that was put on by a Houston Christian radio station.  They had something like 20 acts there, the Newsboys were one of them.  Needless to say, it was a LONG concert, but a lot of fun.

Captain Crunch is waiving farewell...

One of my friend was in a group that was asked to put shoes on before entering St Paul's Cathedral in London.  Since they were without shoes, they just went on their merry way.

Amanda N

Did they have smelly feet?
