I as sitting in the cafeteria here at work today, minding my own business, when China erupted.  There was a celebration of the Chinese New Year, complete with a 20-foot long Chinese dragon weaving in and around the tables.  The beast bumped into my table, sloshing my water.

OK, not really much of an accosting, but still...

When was the last time YOU were accosted by a dragon in RL?

Well, it was about two years ago. Harry, Ron, and I were walking along the edge of the Forbidden Forest when... Oh! You said in __real__ life. In that case, never... unfortunately. Always a candidate, never a rider. :(

Aside from dragon kites, never.

Elephants, however --
twice I've been accosted by elephants. Live ones. Big ones.
And many more times than that by deer, cows, goats, raccoons, skunks, snakes, dogs, hedgehogs, emus, and miscellaneous other wildlife.

And the occasional llama, of course.

Does a soft toy of a red, Welsh dragon called Dudley count?

According to a co-worker of mine, apparently it does.

He was jogging around the lake last year during lunch and was jumped by some parental geese.  He has been getting teased about that ever since.

Seagulls. Though not recently, I have been accosted by seagulls, as well as squirrels and cats on the terrace outside of my college's dining hall. There are "Do not feed the birds" signs all over the place, but the birds cannot read so they help themselves to your food -- even if you are still at the table!

That's pretty much what happened to me.  We have a pond at the house ajacent to us and they land in our side yard sometimes.  I guess I startled him when I walked out my front door and he chased me to my car.  :blackeye:

Squirrels stalk Eric and I whenever I sleep at his apartment. See his blinds don't totally close, there's a small crack...and then there's a tree branch right by the window...and the squirrels sit there and watch us. it's...creepy. Voyeur squirrels scare me :(

They mean the grey squirrels, which are rats with bushy tails.

Red Squirrels are native to these shores, and the greys are killing them off :(  You want a red one, like Tufty.
