Congrats to everyone!

Q'helias! I remain gutted by the way he's handling the loss of dreams he'd had. Usually Impression to a dragon is seen as freeing, as opening doors to a bigger world, especially for characters like women who couldn't see places for themselves other than wife-and-mother. His reaction is a reminder it closes off more doors than it opens.

I'thralos! Between an Impression he didn't really want and the injury he has and his marriage on such thin ice, well..

Right now it's C'pier for hurting V'tian and Chandrany.

Galgaith! I was especially struck by her interactions with Nazoth when she got pissed off.

Hesbia! Seeing her move out and into her own weyr and how she's stepping up caring for her dragon and her sister is tasty and wonderful.

I'm voting for Aaron's Tirraze. The level of growth she's been having between Impression and graduating is outstanding Being the first is hard, being second is in many ways harder! I liked seeing the changes in her head and also the ways her relationships with other people are developing (Saedyna!)
