Heelloooo =)
Meet S'avn, a bluerider who never thought he'd like guys but... he does ;) He just hasn't had much of an opportunity to explore that side of himself and finds it quite embarrassing, actually. He needs a nice green/bluerider to become interested in him and show him just how good it is to love a man, hehe. I'm looking for a long story-arc here, possibly ending in a happy ending, and possibly not (depending on what you are up for.) Juuussttt let me know

Well, I would offer G'dori, but he is still a weyrling. Sh'dori does have other greenrider relatives if you're willing to accept NPC (at least for the starters).

He's not at DCW but if your boy is willing to travel a bit, I have A'shel at RBW who hasn't had a post in about two years (eek!) and S'vin over at DFW, a terrible flirt, but would be cute if he settled down. They're both gay blue riders.

I am trying to go over the logistics in my head of how they would meet and begin a relationship, especially since S'avn is NOT looking for a relationship with a dude. Haha, I swear, whomever this guy is he's gonna have to REALLY push to get S'avn to open up.

S'vin's your boy then ;-) What we could do--if you want him--is just have S'vin come to DCW with supplies and he spots S'avn and begins flirting. :-)
