Hello there! I'm Charis (pronounced CARE-iss) and as the location and name of this thread likely revealed I am a new member. I joined out of a desire to try my hand at a strictly canon Pern setting and look forward to playing at Triad.

Wow, genetic introduction post is generic. In an attempt to help negate the generic I am including a small fact about the animal kingdom and one of my favorite animals in the. The capybara is the world's largest rodent. It is also adorable in an attempt to cause internal conflict over the 'worlds largest rodent' bit.

Also, I have a quick general question. How long are someone's individual post/part of a co-post normally? I know it would be like 'you' 'me' 'you' 'me' but how long would one 'you' bit be normally? I don't want to accidentally post anything too small or horribly long.
