Where in Alberta? I'm currently living in Edmonton, although I have ambitions to move to BC one day.

I was born at Misericordia right there in Edmonton. Too many years ago to claim... oh alright 1952.

Too funny - I was _also_ bord at the Miz! (a few years later, mind you) I don't know if you have family left here, but if you do, next time you're in Edmonton let me know and I'll take you out for coffee.

I have some cousins and uncles/aunts still in the area. Mostly in Red Deer and that area. Though another Aunt is in Victoria and an Uncle was pretty famous at one time in Canada as a Yodler.

I haven't been up there in years!! My last trip was ages ago when my grandad turned 90 and that was in Red Deer.

I admire your dream of BC. It is seriously some of the most beautiful country I've ever seen.
