2011 NaNoWriMo - Anyone doing it this year?

I've done NaNoWriMo since 2007 and I love, love, love it! I look forward to it all year long and I'm so excited it's almost here again. Is anyone else doing it this year? I love adding new NaNo buddies.

I 'may' as well, have to see how it goes (my excuse is I'm learning Welsh at the moment >.<)...what are you going to write this time, Becki? And same with Heather, do you have any ideas floating about that are pressing you to get out?

Well I do have an idea of what I'm going to write (if I do it)... But I've never shared my original works with anyone before.. *nervous* LOL

This year the plan is to write about a teenage anti-Christ who hates his parents and ends up saving the world. :D

If I'm allowed to do a collction of interconnected short stories, than yeah I'm on. I've had an on going idea about a group pf people centred around Stan Hywet, in Akron Ohio, one of which is a transexual shaman. :P

I have never done this though I've heard about it of course. I'm not even certain that I really could. I only discovered Online RP in 2009 before that I didn't even realized anything like that existed.

I'm not even sure I'm fully aware of what this is. I'm an avid reader though so if I can help out by reading I'd love to.

Len, you can be a "NaNo Rebel".

Although technically you should write a novel, other people have done short stories before (and memoir, non-fiction, scripts and other things). There's even a section for them on the forums.

I am tempted.... of course, I'm tempted to take part every year and never actually get around to do it. It's not the lack of ideas (I have those in plenty) but the lack of time. :(
