I don't think I looked very long.  The situation intrigued me.  Of course, that was back when it was Pern Shadows.  I don't think I lurked more than a day if at all before I submitted a character.  I was kicked out, then joined again later...probably about two years later.  I think I stayed a couple of years, but then I started having children AND I was in school.  The combination didn't leave me time so I left.  I left sometime in 2006, after my son was born and was gone approximately a year and a half.  I came back in February of 2008, so I've been back for about a year and a half.

Longest at one club?  Six and a half years until the club officially closed due to the leadership losing interest.  That was in Spring of 2006, while I was pregnant with Matthew.  I joined one month after the club opened, October of 1999.

I looked at Triad for about a week.  I lurked for about three months before actually submitting a persona (though I lurked under a different member name since I wasn't sure if I wanted to join or not).  I have never been away and I have never been any other club.  I have been an active member here since December 2004.   :thumbright:

Months.  I was looking at every full post Pern club out there and I joined most of them to lurk, too.

I think I would have submitted a sheet when I joined.

Just been here the once.

Five years and ten months at my previous club.

Since October 2006 so nearly three years now.

I was under a different name when I was a lurker.  I can't remember what it was now.  I joined as Eimi though.  And you were under a different name at the time.  I think we MIGHT have done a group post together, but I know I remember seeing you post with other people.  You had a ranker or two at the time I think.  I remember especially a weyrlingmaster assistant that you wrote.  But you were pregnant around that time, and your time was very limited as I remember.

Pregnant and taking classes.  That's why I left and gave my characters to people or retired them. :}

About 30 minutes  ^^  I wanted to join a Pern RPG that had a canon as close to AM's as possible (no women brownriders/blueriders, brownrider weyrleaders, silver dragons, etc) and it was love at first sight   :love5:

How long did you lurk before submitting a character?
I submitted one the following day.  Shayla.  She was a sweet little Candidate who eventually Impressed a green.

I've been here since November 2004....so it'll be 5 years in a couple months.  That's longest I've been involved in any RPG  :love5:

Not at all, I joined first one of parent club and then the other one... then they closed down and reopened as triadweyrs.

One year.  may 2004/ may 2005 - I had a baby.

Without breaks? over four years.
