Seeing as I just got my first persona approved, I figured I'd better introduce myself, lol. My name's Cait, 21 year old college student in lovely southwestern Colorado. Hobbies-wise...ummm...pretty much just martial arts, reading and writing. I'm brand new to Triad, was missing my Pern RPGs, lol, given it's been about three years since I did any writing. So far I just have Teiluka, my snappy little candidate. I think that's about it, y'all seem like an awesome group and I'm excited to start! :)

Thanks! Well, right now I'm in Koryo Gumdo, which is basically a Korean version of Kendo, if you're familiar with that. In the past, I've been in Aikido, Shotokan and Kojasho Shinkokai and loved all of 'em! :)

Oh hey, cool deal.  I've heard of Gumdo, but that's about as deep as my understanding of it goes. ;)

I do Judo (really badly) when time permits, and my wife (Amanda) studies Tomiki Aikido.

Hey Cait.  I'm in the wife who does Tomiki Aikido.  Sorry for being slow but my mom is in town and we've been dragging the children all over the place.  We TOTALLY need to do a copost!!!!

What style of Aikido did you study?

What style of Aikido did you study?

Lol, a copost sounds great to me! And I was studying Kokikai Aikido, though unfortunately not for very long. It ended up having a time conflict with Gumdo, so I had to pick one or the other. :( It was a blast, though, I loved it!
