Introducing Ourselves

Thank's Yvonne, but Canada can keep the title for this year. This winter lasted only month- month and a half, and I was sick for most of it so I didn't even go to ski! Now it's foggy, rainy, muddy and the snow is melting... in other words, full spring.

Lucky me?

*g* At least it's spring now, here. It was above zero all day, and my parking lot is a giant pool of slush that is out to ruin my boots. I am quite upset about this. And mela culpa for hijacking the thread to talk about the weather.

Rcohelle... is what my seventh grade French teacher said my name translated as. I've since learned otherwise, but it makes a useful internet alias.

The country I live in is ... Orlando Florida, vacation destination and gator trap.

The house I live in is ... a single story with four bedrooms and two-story ceilings -my room alone has eighteen feet to the ceiling.

The house is in ... a suburb of said city.

My part of the country has ... Rain, sun, pet eating alligators, fire ants, drainage ditches pretending to be lakes, swamps, Disney World, nudists, and hurricanes.

My household includes ... my parents, three sisters, a brother, two dogs, five cats, two rabbits, two parakeets, six enthusiastically reproducing finches, and innumerable lizards on the back deck.

I have ... two hearing aids, and no Spanish skills in a neighborhood that largely transplanted from South America.

I don't ... like to exercise, but have no choice if I want to fit into my bridesmaid dress.

I do ... read when I have a chance, but spend most of my "leisure" time working on my Master's degree. Fortunately I am a night owl, or I would have no time for Triad!
